I voluntarily register for the course after understanding the institute's policies. I agree to adhere to all institutional rules, attend lectures punctually, maintain discipline, and submit assignments promptly. The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action if necessary.
Active participation in the fashion show (for Fashion Designing students) and Interior Exhibition (for Interior Designing students) is mandatory. Marks for these events will contribute to the final marksheet.
The institute will determine the commencement date, including orientation.
Internal and External marking updates will be posted on the Notice Board.br
Minimum 80% attendance is required for eligibility to appear in examinations.
Classrooms and stitching labs must be maintained clean. Use of offensive language or misconduct with faculty/staff is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary actions.
Leave requests must be submitted to faculty members and emailed to info@nifahmedabad.com Medical certificates are mandatory for absences due to illness.
Parents are requested to visit the institute for queries with prior intimation.
Retain duplicate copies of cheques/DDs or online receipts for future reference. Original 10th & 12th marksheets must be submitted during admission for audit purpose. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and passing examinations.
Annual registration with NIF Corporate requires full payment of the fee.
No refunds of the NIF Annual Corporate Fee are permitted after registration.

Fees must be paid according to the provided payment plan and deadlines. Late payments may result in fines.
If there are any changes regarding the fees from the corporate office, you are required to adhere to the updated rules and fee structure.
If any damage or harm is done to infrastructure, college, furniture, machinery, etc., and the student is caught, a fine will be applicable to him or her as per the institute's regulations.
We are aware of the stationary material, assessment fees, fashion show, and interior exhibition contributions. We will pay these amounts when they are demanded. Paid amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable in any matter.
If students are going to any academy-related workshop such as factory visits, industrial visits, site tours, or outdoor visits, they are responsible for the cost and their own safety. NIF Global Gandhinagar will not take any responsibility for it.
Admission Confirmation & Fee Policy :
Any changes in taxes, levies, or fee structure mandated by the Government, or corporate authority shall take immediate effect and shall apply to all enrolled students from the date of implementation.
The fee structure is subject to annual revision, with a minimum increase of 10% to 20% each academic year, based on institutional policies .
If a student chooses to reduce the registered course duration or modify the program structure, a penalty may apply. Such changes require administrative approval, and applicable charges will be communicated.
